Celebrating commitment: Raising Health thanks sponsors of the Long Service Awards 2025

Raising Health team proudly supported and helped deliver the Long Service Awards 2025. It is a moving celebration honouring the outstanding dedication of NHS staff and volunteers across our Trust.

With the help of our generous sponsors, we were able to make this special event a reality, recognising over 750 colleagues who have collectively contributed an incredible 12,885 years of service to the NHS. Their ongoing commitment to patient care and community wellbeing is nothing short of extraordinary.

This year’s celebration marked a significant development, as the awards programme was extended to include 10, 15, and 20-year service milestones, in line with long-standing 25, 30 and 40+ years, ensuring even more colleagues received well-earned recognition for their service.

Browne Jacobson generously supported the 25+ Years’ Service Awards, recognising those whose lifelong dedication spans over 25, 30, and even 40 years of service.

NSPCC National Training Centre provided part venue sponsorship, offering a fantastic and welcoming space for our celebration.

A celebration to remember

The event welcomed 224 staff members in person, representing 4,685 years of NHS service. Each recipient received a certificate, thank you card, and pin badge to mark their milestone. Those unable to attend, and colleagues celebrating 10 Years of Service will receive their awards by post.

We also celebrated 18 outstanding volunteers, marking between 5 and 20 years of service. Their dedication and kindness reflect the best of what it means to be part of the LPT family.
