Runners wanted for Leicester Marathon (full or half)!

This year, the Diana Children’s Community Service is celebrating its 20^th year, and we have 40 half or full marathon fundraising places up for grabs in the Leicester Marathon on 14 October 2018. We would love for you to join us and be part of ‘Diana Team 20’! You will get your entry for free upon the agreement that you raise a minimum of £150 to support our fundraising appeal.

The Diana Children’s Community Service cares for children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions in their own homes. The dedicated team, which works across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, includes nurses, physiotherapists and play specialists who provide both physical and emotional support to these very poorly children and their families.

The money raised will provide extra equipment and resources above and beyond what is possible within the NHS budget. Every £1 you raise and every step you take will help local children and their families - we’ll be there on event day to shout, whistle and cheer you on, both on the course itself and in afterwards in the charity village!
