John Lewis helps our dementia garden grow

Shoppers at John Lewis Leicester have helped us to secure a donation of £1260 for our dementia garden appeal after representation in their Community Matters scheme green token vote in the Place to Eat restaurant over the last few months.

Community Liaison and Marketing coordinator Rachel Standley said: “We were delighted to be able to help this local good cause through our Community Matters scheme.’’

Fundraising Manager, Lindsay Woodward said “This donation takes us to the halfway point of our £18,000 fundraising appeal and means we have enough money to do the first garden makeover at the Evington Centre. We are so grateful for the support we have received so far.”
