Gifts in Memory

Many people kindly choose to remember a loved one by making a donation, organising a collection or giving gifts in lieu of flowers to remember someone important to them.

We receive and very much appreciate donations in memory of loved ones. We are truly touched and grateful to receive these donations at what must be a very difficult time for all concerned.

Often, friends and family choose to donate to the service which supported their loved one whilst they were unwell. If you wish to do that, please include a note of this with your donation (you can use this donation form), or if the Funeral Director is organising the  collection of donations please inform them of your wishes.

Please make cheques payable to "Raising Health" and send to Fundraising Manager, Raising Health, Riverside House, Bridge Park Plaza, Bridge Park Road, Thurmaston, Leicester LE4 8PQ.  Alternatively, if you would like to make the donation on-line, please contact lpt.raisinghealth@nhs.net 

If you wish to tell us about your donation or collection, have a cash donation, would like to put us in touch with a funeral director, want to request collection boxes or if have any questions, please contact the Fundraising Manager on 07769 248620 or email lpt.raisinghealth@nhs.net
