The corporate trustee of Raising Health is Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. The oversight of these funds has been delegated by our Trust Board to the Charitable Funds Committee which has responsibility for ensuring that funds are for the direct benefit of patients and service users, staff and volunteers across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The Board has nominated four senior staff members and non-executive directors to manage the Raising Health charity. The committee also comprises members of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust's finance and fundraising team.
The Charitable Funds Committee oversees the governance of the charity including the fundraising strategy and activities, charitable spend and investment strategy.
